Subscription expired? What subscription?

Why do I keep receiving this messages? I don't have any subscription at all….bought the complete products. Very annoying as I receive this messages when using Komplete Kontrol in my DAW. I once had a subscription, but cancelled a long time ago.

Mac OS Ventura 13.6.6

Anyone got a clue?

Hi, yes, I was once subscribed to Now…but that's a long time ago. The error messages are appearing over the last weeks…it looks like that any app in the subscription list (360 it's called now…) of which I have a complete version of gives that error message….
