Subscription expired? What subscription?
Why do I keep receiving this messages? I don't have any subscription at all….bought the complete products. Very annoying as I receive this messages when using Komplete Kontrol in my DAW. I once had a subscription, but cancelled a long time ago.

Mac OS Ventura 13.6.6
Anyone got a clue?

Hi, yes, I was once subscribed to Now…but that's a long time ago. The error messages are appearing over the last weeks…it looks like that any app in the subscription list (360 it's called now…) of which I have a complete version of gives that error message….

Same issue. Just started out of no where. Can't use Kontakt 7 now, which I own. I reached out several times to NI support…no response. My understanding is that NI is attempting to force users to resubscribe to 360 Essentials (which I can't delete off of my machine) even though I already own Kontakt 7 through Komplete. This is infuriating and has my client sound design work at a complete stand still because I can't use Kontakt 7, which all of my plugins are attached to and once again, which I own and have owned.

Fortunately I see this message less and less often…and I can use all of my plugins, message or not….

My colleagues got back to you and cancelled the subscription altogether. No one forces you to anything.

All in all I think it's just an annoying message….as everything seems to work fine….

I see that you didn't contact support about that, they can remove the subscription on your account, this way no more messages.
