After login, a chat-box will be open, at the right side of the page:
Follow the instructions that you see.
Usually, after few questions, the chat-box will connect you to a real person, or, if no one is available at the moment, it will open a support ticket for you.

Thanks so much! This is what I was expecting to see. But for some reason it wasn't showing up like this. Perhaps it was not showing correctly on my iPad.
