URGENT!! Possible hacked account. Can't contact support!

I can't seem to find a way to contact support, as normally expected. Just seem to get caught in a loop of help articles.

Please can someone here from NI 'pm' me or provide me with a link direct to urgent supoort.

Bypass the articles, go to the bottom of the page and choose to login :

After login, a chat-box will be open, at the right side of the page:

Follow the instructions that you see.

Usually, after few questions, the chat-box will connect you to a real person, or, if no one is available at the moment, it will open a support ticket for you.

Thanks so much! This is what I was expecting to see. But for some reason it wasn't showing up like this. Perhaps it was not showing correctly on my iPad.
