NOT ABLE TO REINSTALL THE PRODUCTS AGAIN.
Hello there,
Unfortunate my hard disk crashed. And today I installed by all native instruments again. The instruments like as strummed acoustic 2 and picked nylon, foundation piano, Free Orchestra still not installed yet.
I tried many ways but failed to do so. Finally then I clicked on uninstall as the NATIVE ACCESS APPLICATION was not able to relocate for software installation.
Now nor the instruments mentioned above are showing on "ALL" TABS nor even I am able to see
the serial key of the same on to NATIVE ACCESS ACCOUNT.
Even if I am trying to download the same from NATIVE website, its asking me to purchase again.
ANY one help me out to get the above instruments back again. Thank you.

for "Free orchestra" and "Foundation piano" should be easy, just download them again as they are free… follow the process on the websites of those libraries.
for strummed acoustic 2 and picked nylon, I am not sure of what to say, which OS do you have?

I am using windows 11
Point is how to request for serial keys which are already purchased from native again to install the library. The same needs to be requested again I guess. That is not showing on to the native account.

go to native instrument website, log in to your account and go to see your serial numbers in your account.
if that doesn't work maybe open a ticket with customer support.

Please guide how to raise a ticket for the same. As no body is responding on email. I am not able to find the option to raise the complaint for the same.

Page functionality or lack of same could be a browser issue then also try another browser with no extensions and all cookies accepted (my suggestions for alternative browsers would be e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi browser and Opera browser ,depending on what you do not usually use)
