i recently purchased Maschine mk3 with a transfer token for complete 14, the ID transfer did not work and one of your support staff Julia had to fix it manually but give me a copy of complete 11 select instead, the original owner Ben asked me to get in touch because there seems to be some kind of mix up and there is no easy way to converse to get a token. why do you people make it so difficult to talk to support, the frustration is going to give me another stroke, email is [removed by Moderator]
