How do I can register the serial number of the Maschine Mk3 my dad bought me at the pawn shop?
hey guys, my dad bought me an Mk3 in a pawn shop, but when I try to put in the serial number on the back to download Maschine 2 it says it’s already registered to an account, can any one please help, I tried contacting support but they are not available it says. The pawn shop doesn’t have the license so I don’t know what to do

All issues regarding serials and registration are handled exclusively by N.I.Account Support
Send support a picture of both serial on bottom of device and of your purchase receipt.
The "resolution that works" is the click through and make the right choices to open a ticket : N.I.Account Support
(You need to use browser with Cookie , Security and Extensions settings that will allow for log-in on the page for the page to work)
Scroll down to bottom of page N.I. Account Support and log in
Then click the Contact support
Then again scroll down and click the Contact N.I. support that shows
Then yes , damn it ! , then you have to click the Contact N.I. support again

You have to take the rest from there yourself since I can not start opening empty tickets

HI, same happened to me.
I bought it used but the seller was unable to provide me its license . When I contacted Native support they told me that unfortunately the license had to be unlocked by the previous owner so there was nothing to do. Luckily I bought it for 200 euros in perfect condition (Maschine mk3) so I bought a new license of the Maschine 2 software.

HI,
the serial number generally coincides with the one indicated on the bottom panel of the hardware machine.
Mine was bought used but in a musical instrument shop here in Rome (it was on consignment at the shop from one of their customers).
The former owner, whose telephone contact was provided to me by the shop owner, claimed that he could not find the Maschine 2 software in the license list of his Native Instruments account, so out of fear that it could be stolen material I immediately asked him the username on N.I. and then I contacted support indicating all the data I had available.
N.I. support confirmed to me that the seller's account was existing but but the Maschine 2 software was not in his license list.
They then told me that the Maschine code (the hardware) was registered to another account: obviously without giving me any other information for privacy reasons.
However, they didn't think the Maschine was stolen or anything like that.
So all I had to do was buy my own Maschine 2 license.
