Used Native Maschine MK3 purchase - license transfer Issue

Hello Team,

I recently bought a Native Machine MK3 from a friend. I have the License Transfer Code, but when I enter it on the transfer web page, it throws the error below.

Can you please help me fix this issue and enjoy the MK3 soon . . ? Also, I am not able to contact customer support, is there a better way to contact Customer Support and fix the issue faster?
