How to install Friedlander Violin on a new computer

I had Friedlander Violin installed on an older computer. That computer's hard drive has been erased. I'm trying to install it on a new computer using Native Access 2. The product is listed, but there is only a "Locate" button and three dots (…). Since I don't have it downloaded on this computer, I can't locate it. The three dots only lists release notes. The information for the product is listed as version 0.0.0.0, which seems odd.

Have you visited Embertone web site to re-download the library from?

Thanks for the reply. I couldn't find anywhere on the Embertone website to download it, which is why I thought maybe it was supposed to be downloaded from Native Instruments. Do you know if it is supposed to be downloaded from Embertone? Maybe I should send them a message asking how to download it.

Hello mdanielsco, Friedlander Violin is a third party Kontakt Library that cannot be downloaded / installed via Native Access.

Native Access is only responsible for authorising the library and locating it for use in Kontakt.

You will first need to download the library from the manufacturer

Once installed, simply follow the steps in this article to add the library to Native Access:

    I hope this helps☺️

@Mert_NI , Thanks. Of course, you're right. The original email I had from Embertone had a broken link, and I couldn't find any information on their website about downloading libraries, so I thought I was supposed to download from Native Instruments. After contacting Embertone, they sent me a link that worked and all is well. Thanks for your time answering!
