Can't repair a product!

Hello,

unfortunately at the moment I can only access my iMac desktop as a guest. Some of the products on my Native Access need repair. When asked to relocate them, I choose their location and then I get a success message, however when I press Repair again it goes back to not working.

If anybody knows how to fix this I would appreciate it immensely.
