Hello,

I recently wanted to reinstall Kontakt 7, but Native Access says it is installed correctly, but I can't even find the app in standalone, neither in my DAW.

Kontakt 6 player and Kontakt 8 Player install correctly though… What am I missing here?

Anyone please help! It is driving me insane for 3 hours…

Thank you so much!

For starters then try the Fixing Software Update Installation Issues (Windows)

Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS

    Else exit N.A.

then check in Windows apps to see if Kontakt 7 appears there , if it does then uninstall ,

then use the Reg tool again from above link to remove Kontakt 7 if there

then delete downloads from where you selected Downloads location in N.A.

then if there remove Kontakt 7 from C:\Users\Public\Documents\Native Instruments\installed_products

    then if there remove Kontakt 7 folder from C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\

then if there remove Kontakt 7 folder from C:\Program Files\Native Instruments\

then if there remove Kontakt 7 folder from C:\Users\[YOUR USER NAME]\AppData\Local

then if there remove Kontakt 7 folder from C:\Users\[YOUR USER NAME]\AppData\Local\Native Instruments

    then if there remove Kontakt 7 from C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center

then reboot computer and run Nativa Access as an Administrator and then try installing Kontakt 7 again.

Should your problem persist then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .

Select Installation Paths in Native Access and it will show you where it is.

I don't see that option, sadly. This is what I am looking at, although it says that it is installed, it isn't…

Thanks so much for this detailed comment! Appreciate it!

I have also performed a clean install of Windows so I guess everything will go smooth!
