You neglect to tell what is your OS and what is your N.A. version and you didn't give any examples of what is missing and if you are referring to a present version of products or legacy software..
Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS (unless you are using a legacy OS , Mac 10.15 and earlier / Win 7 downloads), else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8here : My Product is Missing in Native Access.
Also Native Access will not show products that is not compatible with your OS and legacy software might not show unless you turn on the 'Show discontinued products' in Settings. An old N.A. version might not show the newer software.
Should your problem persist then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .
At the page N.I. Native Access and Installation Support be sure to scroll down to page bottom to see if there is a log-in request , if there is then log-in,then at next page again scroll down and small blue chat box ought occur within 15 seconds. Then write in chat box and when getting suggestions then select did not help when it didn't,that ought to bring you on to either chat with human or open a ticket. There has been introduced chat support for Native Access assistance (at least daytime on normal work days)
(You need to use a browser with Cookie , Security and Extensions settings that will allow for log-in on the page for the page to work)

Sorry, got Windows 11 and my NA is 3.14.0. I bought Komplete 15 and like half of the expansions and almost all new plugins are not on NA. I’m also referring to newest version of products. i did that XML file thing but that didnt work on that (tried multiple times) So i got these Kontakt 8, Massive X etc. But for example almost all mixer plugins are missing what i saw earlier in the NA but are now gone

Can you give us some examples of what you perceive to be missing and tell us exactly which version of Komplete 15 you purchased?

Komplete 15 Standard Edition
So for example missing synths
bx_oberhausenForm
super 8
rounds
trk01
blocks primes
kontour
monark
fm8
reaktor prism
retro machines mk2
reactor sparks
And i saw all the standard edition products after the purchase, started downloading, then i had to pause the download for a min and rebooted computer. After that i opened NA to continue and all the installed plugins and expansions were there but not the ones i hadnt downloaded yet

99% of these are Reaktor based.
What’s the status of Reaktor 6 being installed?VP

I can find reactor on my plugins list and it opens normally on DAW

Komplete 15 Standard Edition , So for example missing synths < ←—SNIP—→ >
The mentioned products ought to show in N.A. if you select Library : All : All and showing only those not installed : Library : Available : All
And i saw all the standard edition products after the purchase, started downloading, then i had to pause the download for a min and rebooted computer. After that i opened NA to continue and all the installed plugins and expansions were there but not the ones i hadnt downloaded yet
Alas then Native Access tends to make an (internal) mess of things when it's downloads goes haywire and it is often not capable of recovering when something goes wrong. So user gets stuck.
If your problem here is related to something where Native Access for some reason considers products as downloads that has failed or stalled then the only way I know of attempting to fix that includes uninstalling N.A. and NTKDaemon and then scrub the computer for leftovers from that and other files. This might pay off and then again it might not , miss one thing and it might not work and of course if problem is for another reason then it will not work either. So maybe better to just leave it to N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .
