why my account has been cancelled with no advise or no reason please I want to get back my service that I use daily. thanks

    Would have helped if you told what it is that is that is 'cancelled' , is it a subscription (e.g. Traktor) or have you lost access to your account that you sign into in Native Access ?

    What happened to current Traktor Pro Plus subscribers?
    All Pro Plus subscribers can upgrade to Traktor Pro 4 with a 50% discount.
    The monthly subscription ends August 31, 2024 and for yearly subscribers the features will work until Dec 31, 2024.

    Yes, users will get a refund automatically.
