there is no error message. native access just does not load the libraries. the progress bars are stuck. i have done all you suggest in the support document, even disabled file vault (which is a shame, kindly make your software compatible with filevault, thank you). no avail.

Finally, after hours and hours, it finished the downloads. so please, can you fix this? it is ridculous.
