The serial number of my traktor S2 mk3 is already used (used purchase)

Good morning,

I just bought an S2 MK3 controller but no longer have any news from the seller...

No transfer has been made.

I'm a newbie and wanted to know how to do it?

Apparently the ID and key of the device have not been recorded but cannot initially enter the serial number of the device.

This one has already been used, what should I do?

    If you can’t contact the seller asking him for the License transfer, contact support explaining the situation.

    No email adress and no telephone number available.

    The link to support is in my first post (the blu sentence “contact support” is a link).

    There you will find the support chat. Go through the first automatic questions and at some point you will be prompted to speak with an human being (during office times) or open a ticket

    Oh…you must be logged in to contact them, otherwise you can only see help articles
