My traktor pro product does not appear in Native Access

Native Access will not show products not compatible with the OS , if the products is compatible with your OS then be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS (unless you are using a legacy OS , Mac 10.15 and earlier / Win 7 downloads), else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access

Are you using the latest version of Native Access and have you checked if your Traktor version is compatible with your operating system version?

If the hashtag is correct you are using Traktor Pro 2, maybe an older version will help you:

Install Mojave OS and t should support your TP2. It currently sounds like you have modern macOS version installed on your Intel mac.

Mi traktor es el pro 2 y lo tengo instalado en el Mac para trabajar , y el iMac donde quiero instalarlo tiene las version Monterrey 12.7.6 y el native Access es el 3.13.0

As far as I know macOS 10.13 is the latest version that supports Traktor 2 Pro. You might need to upgrade to Traktor 4 Pro.
