Where do I access the product support form?

I am currently having issues with my plug-in, stating that my version of Kontakt is too old. When I tried to install an older version of my plug-in (Noire) the download link would not work and would stop after 2/3 of the download completed. I've tried numerous solution to solve the issue but none of them worked. How do I contact Native Instruments product support? All the links I have tried do not work, and I do not know how to create a ticket. Any help would be appreciated.

Note: I would update Kontakt, but my mac is running 10.15, which is the latest operating system compatible with my computer, so I have to resort to using an older version.
