    Well, the notes used by MixerFX On (OUT) have not been reset by you, only the MixerFX (IN) assignments, right? Use those notes for MonitorCue On (OUT) and reset the MixerFX ON (OUT) assignments.

    Ok great, I reset the Mixer FX outs as well so that all four are N/A and that solved the problem.
