Trouble migrating my NI products to Macbook M3

I know this topic has been discussed at length before, but I think I may be an edge case so unfortunately, I'm doing it again.

I upgraded to a Macbook M3 running Sonoma 14.5 and migrated all of my apps and documents using Apple Migration assistant to find that my NI products weren't working. All of my Adobe and Ableton stuff works without issue. I deleted every NI file from my machine with the plan of doing a clean install from Native Access 2. Initially, I thought maybe it was a Maschine 2 issue and tried just installing Massive only to be met with the same "Installation Failed" error and being prompted to ensure I granted Full Disk Access to Native Access, NIHardware Agent, and NTKDaemon, which were all enabled. I do not have iCloud+, so Private Relay is not enabled.

Am I missing some steps here? Is there documentation I can read to sort this out? Any troubleshooting assistance would be greatly appreciated. I've never had an issue like this with any of my NI stuff.
