Native Access 3.13.0 shows blank panel on trying to login

I'm on Native Access 3.13.0 (o50bb23 / 1.20.0), windows 11.

I have completely uninstalled NA, cleared the registry, deleted whatever NA directories I could find, rebooted the machine, re-installed the VC++ runtime.

All I get is a blank panel when I click on the 'Login' button.

Every. Time.

I'm not going to vent (others have done that for me).

Any suggestions of what I can do to fix this?

My next step will be to remove all NI software, never look back and be willing to relay my experiences when asked. :)

(Sorry that this is a duplicate of a post of mine in another discussion on 3.12. I don't know how to delete a post.)

I have no idea what made you go and do all that fiddling with Windows when all you had to do is open the Apps and Features Windows program, scroll down, select Native Access and specify Uninstall if that's what you want to do. If you were trying to upgrade it to the latest version there's no reason to uninstall anything. Just run the install from within Native Access and it does all the work for you…and does it correctly I might add.

At this point the only option you have it to do a fresh install and hope you didn't mess up something else with all your creative exploration of the operating system files.

I was able to get login screen to show by turning off anti virus software.
