registration issue

I'v just buy traktor s2mk3 with activation key, but it's being registered previos owner, how can register my software now, can anybody help me 😁😁😁

Contact native instrument support. But if the seller wants to keep the licence you might be out of luck.

Usually you should get a licence transfer ID from the old owner. If there is no way of obtaining the licence transfer ID you have to contact NI support. You will need a proof of purchase and a picture of the serial number on your hardware in this process.

You will have to fill that form on NI website. I wrote the path to it in my post. It doesn‘t help here in the forum…
