NTKDaemon Error When Installing Native Access

Hi,

I've tried to install the Native Access software, but got the following error:

I've tried the solution in the link below but it failed:

More specifically, I didn't know what to add at "Add User or Group":

Is there anything else I can do to install this software successfully?
