Is Native Access having problems

Hey Guys,

Earlier today I purchased an instrument but Native Access seems to be having troubles downloading it - say it will take 3 days. My internet speed test is fine - anyone else experiencing this?

What's the behaviour exactly? Stuck on downloading? Any error messages? Do toy have VSPN? Antivirus/firewall?
