How do I uninstall Traktor Pro 3 from Native Access?

I followed the instructions to remove Traktor Pro 3 from my machine after installing 4 but it seems like Native Access still thinks that it is installed, just broken (see screenshot).

How do I fix this so that Native Access shows it as 'installable' again and not broken?

I had the same problem and reinstalled it and then started the uninstallation again with Native Access open and everything was fine on the second attempt.

Interesting. What uninstallation are you referring to? In my case I only get pointed to a list of manual steps to delete the folders myself. Maybe that's the issue?

Ok… I had missed the link to 'macOS' only instructions in the info window which lead me to this:

    https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/210294005-How-to-Uninstall-TRAKTOR-from-a-Mac-Computer

But unfortunately after doing this, it still shows up as broken in Access 😕

II clicked on the three dots in native Access to uninstall, then you uninstall it from Windows programs, then I deleted the folder for Traktor 3 in documents.

After that, the exclamation mark in Native Access disappeared by itself.

In my opinion this is a bug and the whole thing doesn't work completely smoothly, perhaps it was achieved with more luck than sense.

I'm guessing the macOS version doesn't have this uninstall option for Traktor in Native Access then.

I restarted Native Access after deleting that .json file and that was the missing bit in the documentation for macOS. All good now.
