Probléme sur Maschine 2 je ne retrouve pas beaucoup des plugins, expansions ou logiciel

Bonjour,

Je ne retrouve pas dans le logiciel Maschine 2 mes achats (super 8, Massive X, des expansions, bien d'autres encore…) Cette fois je n'arrive pas à trouver comment régler le probléme avec l'aide en ligne.

Je ne sais pas si c'est lié mais dans NATIVE ACCESS, certaines appli sont noté OUVRIR au lieu de INSTALLEE. Par exemple Komplete, BAtery 4, FM8, … Quand je fais ré installer cela fait la même chose…

Merci d'avance si quelqu'un sait quoi faire,

I can't find in the Maschine 2 software my purchases (super 8, Massive X, expansions, many others...) This time I can't find how to solve the problem with the online help.
I don't know if it's related but in NATIVE ACCESS, some apps are noted OPEN instead of INSTALLED. For example Komplete, BAtery 4, FM8, ... When I have it reinstalled it does the same thing...

Hello Tatane 85, in the screenshots, it looks like everything is okay with your Native Access. According to the Maschine 2 libraries, have you tried the steps in this Knowledge Base Article below:

My Maschine 2 Browser is Empty or Incomplete

Please try to type in English, as requested in the forum rules. I've added a translation for you.

Products that show "Open" rather than "Installed" are standalone applications, so the "Open" button is supposed to make it easier to open them.

Are the products that are missing showing as installed in Native Access and/or in the Maschine browser?

The missing ones are present and installed in Nativ Access yes it's good. But in the Maschine 2 software (browser) there are a lot of things missing. (I only have 2 expansions even though I bought many. Just like SUPER 8, MASSIVE X, )
