How do we get Whoosh properly installed and searchable in a DAW?

I've tried going through the steps in the installation Read Me but I never received a Reaktor zip file, just the Reaktor Player from within Native Access.

I also looked for the com.native-instruments.WHOOSH.plist file but it's not there.

What do I need to do?

    Hello,

normally you get a download from the website you bought that instrument in this case from the tonsturm website. Then you can unpack and save it in order to be able to use it. Then it depends on your daw, how to make it searchable but normally you load every preset once within reaktor and save them as track or instrument preset within your daw. Then you can search and load every preset from your daws browser. A bit tedious and that's why native invented nks.

Thanks for your reply Uew303 :)

Unfortunately I think I've tried that approach a few times now and still don't have Whoosh in my DAW, and
    I can't find NI's support contact.

I just installed about 10 different plugins from different companies and none have produced the hoops that this has.

Are you able to do a screenshare or something to help me out?

I think it's probably Tonsturm's support you need to go to, they should give you what you need to get it running

They should have sent you a ZIP with the Whoosh ensemble and associated support files in it (not a 'Reaktor' ZIP - I think you are misreading the instructions there - it said 'Reaktor product' - ie Whoosh)

Ao you unpacked the file then you open reaktor and go to the reaktor finder, then you should normally be able to open it. But you can write me a private message and then we can maybe find something out how to connect and I can help you.

P.S. and whoosh is nks ready so you should be able to search presets within komplete kontrol.
