There are a few problems with to many outputchannels, as mentioned in the release notes. There will hopefully soon be a hotfix for it.

Try to route your channels to other outputs and have a look, if it helps.

    Yes, works for me.

But there is currently a bug with external mixers the devs are working on.

Try mapping deck a to channel 0 and 1, deck b to 2 and 3 and so on.

Or use tp3 until the next patch.

KNOWN ISSUE: Audio Interfaces with more than 12 channels

When using an Audio Interface with more than 12 channels it is currently not possible to select channels with a index above 2 for Deck A, above 4 for Deck b, above 6 for Deck C, and above 8 for Deck D. This issue will be resolved very soon.

Just tried Traktor Pro 4 on my "big setup" with the Xone:96 for the first time. Was afraid it wouldn't work after this thread but I had no issues. All setting were just like on TP3 before. Deck A on channels 3/4, Deck B on 5/6, C on 1/2 and D on 7/8. In the settings I could select all channels even on Deck A. Didn't try more as I didn't want challenge my luck.

But Xone:96 has only 12 channels not more than that it shouldn't be affected by the known issue at all.

The problem is not the amount of the 12 channels, but the specific channel to the specific deck if You have more than 12 channels.

I know but if Xone:96 would be affected, I couldn't select select Channels 3/4 for Deck A (as index would be above 2). This works at least with my Xone:96. And Xone:96 has 12 channels not more than 12, therefore it shouldn't be affected by this known issue at all.

@gregnb had issues with his Xone but it worked after he selected Channels 1/2 for Deck, 3/4 for B and so on. Seems odd to me.

I wonder if it's an OS specific thing? For me on windows it's also working like tp3.

@gregnb and @maniacintosh81 can you update to 4.0.1 and see if that solves your problem?

Can confirm 4th channel selected as a 9/10 audio interface channels - works with 4.0.1 version.

I can check 4.0.1 with my Xone:96 not before tomorrow but had no issues with 4.0.0 either. Could assign all channels as needed.
