Solved - Traktor Pro 4 Not showing up in Native Access Legacy on older macOS Versions

Hello Native Instruments Community,

I am experiencing an issue with the new Traktor Pro 4 not being available in Native Access on older macOS versions. I am using a MacBook Pro (16", 2019), running macOS version 10.15.7 Catalina. Due to my OS version, I have to use the Native Access Legacy version 3.5.3 (Intel) for macOS 10.15.

Unfortunately, on this Native Access Legacy version Traktor Pro 4 does not appear for download or installation. Everything works perfectly fine on my Windows computer, where Traktor Pro 4 shows up and functions without any problems.

Has anyone else encountered this issue, or does anyone have a solution for getting Traktor Pro 4 to show up on Native Access for older macOS versions? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

TP4 is not supported on any Mac OS older than 12:

Requires macOS 12, 13, 14 (latest update)

And is not available to that legacy version of NA either.

You will need consider a Mac OS upgrade if possible.

I too purchased this, and am stuck on Mac OS Big Sur - 11..7.10.

If this won't work with that… Can I get a refund as I don't plan to update this latptop anytime soon…

Yeah go Serato if NI won't support Big Sur anymore. Oh wait… What are the requirements for current Mac version of Serato DJ Pro? macOS 14 Sonoma, 13 Ventura, 12 Monterey. Period.

Well and Serato is very picky about which hardware you use. Got an Native Instruments controller? Buy a new one, won't work. Using an Allen&Heath mixer with audio interface? It won't work. You have a Pioneer mixer? An A9 or V10? Great you are lucke, it will work, but you have to pay for Club Kit.

And again even Apple itself doesn't support Big Sur anymore. Why do you expect others to do so?

You can check here whether your device is supported and update it if necessary so that you no longer have to work with an EOL operating system!
