    Same problem! Updated from an older Native Access version to 3.12.1, and now it won't start: doesn't even load up or anything. Nothing happens.

    Hey, popping in to say we're aware of the issue and investigating. We would like to troubleshoot with you to ascertain the root of the issue, as we cannot seem to reproduce it in-house. Those who are interested, feel free to DM me.

    I am having the same problem after updating Native Access doesn't start and gives message.

    "Please grant permission to Native Access to install dependencies. Please restart Native Access and try again."

    I am running in Admin mode. Have installed 3.12.1 several times but same message.

    Just launched NA to add some libraries and it auto updated itself to 3.12.1 Windows 10 version and now it will not launch at all. I get a spinning blue circle for a couple of seconds and then nothing. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted computer several times.

    NA is dead. This is on my secondary DAW (Win 10), and I'm afraid to launch NA on my primary DAW (Win11) because of being locked out of NA. Can't install needed libraries.

    Was working fine until this auto update

    Just chiming in here. This is not happening on all systems. I have been on 3.12.1 since it released. For me it is opening fine. Still takes a long time for it to finish doing its scan (spinning circle).

    But it opens fine, and checks for downloads. I just wait till the spinning circle stops, before doing anything with in the app.

    Windows 11 here 23H2 (22635.3858)

    i9-11900K

    Seems to be system specific, I wonder why it is affecting some systems and not all.

    Same here. I'm on W11 Pro 23H2 (22631.3880). Native access was updated to 3.12.1 and hasn't launched since then.
    I've noticed that it launches and crashes in a few seconds (I had Task Manager open and saw the process pop up and then disappear). I was hoping the fix proposed for 3.12.0 would work, but it has not. I have already uninstalled/reinstalled NA a few times, uninstalled/reinstalled the VC_redist, rebooting my computer after every uninstall, but I'm stuck here. And I just saw and update for Audio Imperia Nucleus pop-up last time NA started

    Native Access 3.13.0 is available as of this post.

    Hey, totally missed this post. As BIF mentioned, 3.13.0 specifically serves to fix this issue. We patched it together with many community members who helped verify our fix, so we have high confidence that this will resolve any issues you have with starting Native Access on your windows devices. Thanks to everyone who helped verify our fix. If you received a build from me, please uninstall that version of Native Access and the NTK Daemon and reinstall from the website.

    @Hayo_NI

    Should we uninstall and install from new?

    As yesterdat the update took 13minutes of updating dependencies. It did how ever update, and now opens fine? But I am thinking of future updated taking so long.
