I am posting here because I have to use the NI web shop to upgrade my iZotope product (Music Production Suite) and I again cannot make a purchase and run into an error. At this point I truly believe something is wrong with my account and cannot get anyone to help me.

I have three days left to upgrade my product during the summer sale and have no other route to go. I am hoping by posting this earlier someone from NI or iZotope can help me before the sale ends.
