Inconsistent Behaviour with Product Relocation

I recently downloaded a number of products that came with Komplete 13 Select, and then relocated them all from the default location ("/Users/Shared") to an external drive. I then used Native Access v.2 to repair the locations of each product. Most of the products then showed up in my Maschine 2 & Komplete Kontrol libraries, but 4 of them (Deep Matter, Lilac Glare, True School, and Solar Breeze) won't show up, no matter what I do.

I have scoured the web for solutions, deleted and recreated the Maschine 2 database, deleted Native Access and every file it created and reinstalled, searched the whole system for Native Instruments files/databases that link the packs to a directory and ensured that the correct directory is mentioned, but no success. The packs only work if they are in the "/Users/Shared" directory. Why? What is special about these packs? How can I relocate them and have them appear in the library?

@Jonah These are expansions, they need to be reindtalled form scratch. Have you trired to reinstall them in Native Access?
