Native Access can't find any instrument
After reinstalling Windows and Native Access, Native Access can no longer find the VST instruments, even though they are still present.
Native Access tells me that no products are installed.

Hello Lind, yes the Carsten's answer looks like a good advice here☺️
Delete the Native Access.xml in the following location and restart your computer and open NA
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center
Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Service Center
Repeat until the missing products reappear/the products in demo recognise their activation again
This can help you to recover your products, if the issue persists,
Alternatively please, downgrade to NA 3.8.1 and this can help, here are the direct download links for that:
NA 3.8.1

Hello,
after a new installation you have to login and download everything new with native access.

Same issue here.
When I log in, all the products I own appear as uninstalled.
If I click the install button of a product, Native Access shows me that the installation is currently happening, but after the installation is finished, it is listed as uninstalled again.
If I alternatively try to locate the library, the dialog shows me in red "Could not add library"
Everything works as usual if I downgrade Native Access to 3.8.0 but the program upgrades itself to the most recent version, so I have to downgrade it again to see what is really installed.

Have you checked the block history and if native stuff is in the list allow it, also try to start na as admin.

Hi,
same here (Windows 11) with Native Access 3.11.1.
What helped is a rollback to Native Access 3.8. Search for the thread "Rollback Native Access to 3.8", there is a download link for version 3.8.
When you close Native Access, you must always deny the installation of the latest update (3.11.1), so it stays on version 3.8. (until the issue is fixed, of course).
Best regards,
Carsten
