Native Access (Windows 11) 3.11.1 stuck on "Loading products" despite reinstall but work in 3.8...

Hello,

I cannot access to Native access from 1 month now since last installation done on my windows 11 OS. Version 3.8 is working and I can access to the library.
We have many guys in this community having simialr problems such as : loading dependencies… loading products… whatever on MAC or Windows

Can you please provide us a patch to solve this issue?

Can we have any visibility for maintenance purpose?

May I have a step instructions to manage this concern?

install and reinstall done, Regcleaner done… all things launched but apparently only 3.8.0 is working…

What is the next step for us please?
