360 Essentials Reactivate Issues

Everytime I attempt to reactivate my subscription with the Library that says 360 Essentials. I try to purchase or reactivate my subscription the page reads.

FetchError: invalid json response body at https://api.native-instruments.com/v1/subscription-pages reason: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0

I know the money is there. The reactivate page says there was a problem with purchase. The money is there on the account.. All my libraries says cancelled and demos. Can we help me?
