The url to Kontakt Factory library 2

Hello,

I have a very slow connection via hotspot from my phone. my cellular connection is very fast 220 Mbps, however, the hotspot to my windows 11 is only 1 Mbps and I have attempted to install Kontak Factory libary 2 via Native access ( NA) over 6 times, but each time either NA starts it all over or NA crashes say I need to restart NA.

I was wondering if there was a url to Kontakt Factory library 2 to download it to my phone and then transfer it to my PC.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

I can mark @Kaiwan_NI maybe she can provide you the links. But normally you can use a USB cable to connect your phone and use it´s modem over USB tethering.

As already suggested by Uwe303 then connect your phone to the computer using a USB cable and use connection sharing rather than wifi 'hot-spot' .

Else , are you using latest version of Native Access for your OS ? You are supposed to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS (unless you are using a legacy OS , Mac 10.15 and earlier / Win 7 downloads)

Otherwise if issue persists then contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support who are also those that can give you a link to a library download. I have a download link to the Kontakt Factory library 2 for Mac but both we do not even know your OS and OS version but also it is only a link for the old version which is only for old OS' and as mentioned also only for Mac.

At the page N.I. Native Access and Installation Support be sure to scroll down to page bottom to see if there is a log-in request , if there is then log-in , at next page again scroll down and small blue chat box ought occur within 15 seconds. Then write in chat box and when getting suggestions then select did not help when it didn't , that ought to bring you on to either chat with human or open a ticket. (You need to use a browser with Cookie , Security and Extensions settings that will allow for log-in on the page for the page to work)

NA is the latest. The hostspot is slow. I need to download the windows version using the direct url and send it to my windows PC which is fast.

I have downloaded Kontakt 7. I suppose the library files are the same for mac and windows. If you could kindly share the url with me here or PM I do greatly appreciate it.
