traktor pro 3 NO SOUNDCLOUD

I purchased traktor pro 3 today, after trialling the FREE APP traktor dj 2 for the last 2 weeks - which includes soundcloud integration.

I NOW only find out that pro 3 DOESN'T allow soundcloud - which is RIDICULOUS! As it DOES make sense that I EXPECTED soundcloud able to be used with pro3 since it can be on the free traktor dj2 app

I would REALLY like my money back please! Because this is just SO WRONG..
How do I get refunded? I only just bought it today and since then, download failures and all sorts have just been major trouble. As well as customer service…. I even CALLED them from New Zealand for help 🤦‍♀️

PLEASE REFUND my money. Else you're falsely advertising and stealing my money.
Just give my money back and shut down my account or whatever.

hi, I'm HOPING to get some customer service… I even called Berlin from New Zealand - but you can't even leave a message…

Already had so much trouble downloading it anyways.. and still didn't get any help with that either - its after 9am in Berlin…

I have NOT USED the software and it does say in the RETURNS/REFUNDS that exceptions can be made.
PLEASE consider this an exception as i REALLY can't afford this app if I cant use my soundcloud music.

There is no false advertising and no stealing of money. Just read the product page of Traktor Pro 3. There is no hint that there would be Soundcloud integration. Traktor Pro 3 and Traktor DJ 2 are different products. DJ 2 is not the demo version of Pro 3! There is a dedicated Traktor Pro 3 demo available actually.

As @lord-carlos already pointed out: Contact support.
