Is anyone struggling to access their iZotope account and product portal?

I've been struggling to access my iZotope account for some time now and when I change the password, it affects the password on Native. So I made them the same password after realising they are now fully merged on that end too. But I can only access my Native account with the new password and not iZotope. CAn someone please assist?

I just changed my login details for both accounts to the same thing and now have no problems

There might be a problem with the log-in there has been other log-in problems recently that meant that some people could not log in!

Or if you use the cached password in the browser then the problem could be that when you thought that you updated the password in your browser for the iZotope site then it just updated the password for the N.I. site again. Problem is that when on the iZotope site it is still the N.I. login credentials that browser presents so if you auto-update password then it will save in N.I. password place.

Have you tried using the old password on the iZotope site ? To change password you will need to do it on the account management page. Also , I recently had a password problem with FireFox that I never had before. The cached password while looking completely correct still had to be changed by input to the same password again and then it worked , so if using cached password then there can also be mishaps with that. At least always try manually entering passwords if having problems.

I can't login with my NI credentials, but I can login with my old iZotope login and password. I'm not using anything of theirs anymore, but it does work for me.
