Hi, Im trying to update all my products via native access, using the latest version but im getting lots of erros.Ive tried all the online hints and suggestions, ive deleted access and the ntk daemon, reinstalled after rebooting. updated to latest versioneven tried a previous version of access but  im getting  download failed, installation failed and now i cannot even login via access. just got as new error saying it cannot determine deamon version….
im on win 11
any help appreciated, this is very frustrating.

If you wish you can try my suggestion for uninstall and re-installation here , otherwise then with the problem description you give then I will have to suggest that you please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support

At the page N.I. Native Access and Installation Support be sure to scroll down to page bottom to see if there is a log-in request , if there is then log-in , at next page again scroll down and small blue chat box ought occur within 15 seconds. Then write in chat box and when getting suggestions then select did not help when it didn't , that ought to bring you on to either chat with human or open a ticket. (You need to use a browser with Cookie , Security and Extensions settings that will allow for log-in on the page for the page to work)

Thanks for your suggestions PoorFellow, but at this point given NA2 auto updates there's only so much you can do. Shame they won't let you tell us your method to prevent auto updates, anything past 3.8.0 breaks things…
