Hey Guys I need some help!

I upgraded Kontakt 7 player to Kontakt 7 but in Native acess it still shows kontakt 7 player.. In my DAW aswell.
I already did the steps with deleting the XML Files and now it shows Kontakt 7 but in demo mode.. Also after the reloggin it still shows "Demo". Trying to fix this issue for more than 4 hours.. Can somebody help?

It seems like the license dropped out of my account but unfortunatly I was not able to finde a direct technical support mail from NI

Best regards

Did you actually add the 'Kontakt 7 full' serial to your account by adding it to Add Serial in lower left of Native Access ? Once serial is registered then log out of N.A. re-boot computer and log-in again to see if that helped.

You should be able to see any serials connected with your account on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page , listed as either Not registered or as Registered Products. Also the serial could be listed in any emails that you got from N.I. , please check emails including spam folder.

If the serial can not activate or you have no serial and not in spam folder either then contact N.I. Account Support regarding the serial issue.

If the Serial has been activated in Native Access and shows on account as registered then proceed with the below trouble-shooting :

Log out of NA and try the following Trouble shooter here : My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access , especially '2. Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activation tokens' and '3. You have corrupted XML files' (delete both NA XML and offending product XML) then restart computer and log in again to see if that helps.

If it didn't then try Jeremy_NI's latest 'invention' : the replacing of the XML file.

Replace the Native Access.xml in the following location with the one from this zip (NativeAccess.xml.zip) and restart your computer and open NA

    Windows: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center

Mac: Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Service Center

Otherwise then none of that helped then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support

At the page N.I. Native Access and Installation Support be sure to scroll down to page bottom to see if there is a log-in
request , if there is then log-in , at next page again scroll down and small blue chat box ought occur within 15 seconds. Then write in chat box and when getting suggestions then select did not help when it didn't , that ought to bring you on to either chat with human or open a ticket. (You need to use a browser with Cookie , Security and Extensions settings that will allow for log-in on the page for the page to work)

There has been introduced chat support for Native Access assistance (at least daytime on normal work days) :

Please refer to the page : How to get in touch with our Customer Care

Thank you for the added information.

It appear as if you might have misunderstood things when you bought the "Kontakt 7 Bundle". Because it looks as if you have bought an update or a cross-grade. Updates and cross-grades are only good for updating and cross-grading from an existing purchased license like if you e.g. had a full version of Kontakt 6 and you wanted to update to Kontakt 7. So you either need to get the base product needed (which depends on exactly what you bought) to use the "Kontakt 7 Bundle" that you bought or you need to ask seller for a refund. If you bought the "Kontakt 7 Bundle" directly from the N.I. shop and you bought the wrong thing then you most likely will have no problem in getting a refund, however third-party sellers may not e willing to give you a refund , but still you should ask. Alternatively , if bought from third-party that will not give a refund then you can try and sell the "Kontakt 7 Bundle" at the N.I. Forum Buy / Sell / Trade , just make sure that you know what you got prior to trying to sell.

If you bought directly from N.I. then ask for a refund and then buy either a full Kontakt 7 Pro license (not update) (%50 off at the moment) or buy Komplete 14 Standard at the upcoming sale (expected within a month) (some offers are not available until later in a sale).
