Serial can not be processed
when i want to add the serial of my new s61 mk3, native access replies that it can not process the serial. i've tried adding the serial several times and deleted the nativeAccess.xml file and then restarted native acces, but all this changes nothing: NativeAcces is not able to process the serial. what should i do now?

If you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS (unless you are using a legacy OS , Mac 10.15 and earlier / Win 7 downloads) and you are sure that the serial is correct and problem does not fix itself after a log out , re-boot , log-in again then you will have to contact N.I. Account Support
Also double-check the page MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page to see if the serial is listed as a Registered Product.
At the page N.I. Account Support be sure to scroll down to page bottom to see if there is a log-in request , if there is then log-in , at next page again scroll down and small blue chat box ought occur within 15 seconds. Then write in chat box and when getting suggestions then select did not help when it didn't , that ought to bring you on to either chat with human or open a ticket. (You need to use a browser with Cookie , Security and Extensions settings that will allow for log-in on the page for the page to work)
