Anyone use VB Audio Cable A +B?

I installed VB Audio Cable by following the directions and opening it in administrator mode, but when installing Cables A + B it doesn't work. I checked for updates, ScanHealth, RestoreHealth, and other troubleshooting. Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm trying to run audio through Ableton Live and Traktor Pro 3 into OBS Studio.

    What do you mean by "installing Cables A + B it doesn't work"? Does the installation not work? Do you not see the endpoints in Traktor/Ableton/OBS? Do the endpoints appear but no sound goes through?
