Native Access doesn't show installed Traktor Pro

Hi,

I've recently update Native Access to version 3.10.3 (f6d63dd / 1.17.2.0) but still it doesn't show my bundle Traktor Pro + S3 controller even though I've already registered it and Traktor Pro software is working correctly.

I tried:
- refreshing manually
- re-inserting the serial (I get the answer that it is already registered)
- deleting manually the NativeAccess.xml file and making a manual refresh

but none of these actions resolves the issue.

Any help is appreciated!!

    RESOLVED: it was a typo in my account information that has been fixed by NI
