Is there a way to contact NI Support DIRECTLY? I think it's ridiculous that I can't find direct contact with support.
I want to sell my KOMPLETE KONTROL S49 MK2, but behind transfer it says: Not transferable
After a long and tedious search I found the following:
For technical reasons, serial numbers are automatically excluded from license transfer for 60 days after registration. If you want to resell the product before the 60-day transfer block, please contact our support team.
But the link to the support team doesn't work!!!
I just can't get a way to contact support. NI, what's up with that?
