Want to contact NI Support DIRECTLY? (License transfer)
Is there a way to contact NI Support DIRECTLY? I think it's ridiculous that I can't find direct contact with support.
I want to sell my KOMPLETE KONTROL S49 MK2, but behind transfer it says: Not transferable
After a long and tedious search I found the following:
For technical reasons, serial numbers are automatically excluded from license transfer for 60 days after registration. If you want to resell the product before the 60-day transfer block, please contact our support team.
But the link to the support team doesn't work!!!
I just can't get a way to contact support. NI, what's up with that?
I have to create a new post here in the hope of getting help here. That can't be right, can it?

Link ought to work if you use it correctly - can be a bit confusing. (You need to use browser with Cookie , Security and Extensions settings that will allow for log-in on the page for the page to work)

Registration and license transfers are handled exclusively by support so posting here will not help other than in case of mishaps but you will still have to have support help you.
The "resolution that works" is the click through make the right choices to open a ticket : N.I. Account Support
Scroll down to bottom of page N.I. Account Support and log in.
Then click the Contact support.
Then again click the Contact N.I. support that shows.
1: Do you need help with the activation or installation of a product?
NO
2: Is your question about License Transfers / 2nd hand purchases?This question is required.
YES
3: We have collected all info around 2nd hand purchases in this overview.
That doesn't help
4: OK. Are you a buyer or seller

YES (you tried but failed)

It can be frustrating if you keep ending up in the same loop and looking for a "direct" support contact. Which apparently no longer exists. But thanks for the quick reply!

I completely understand your frustration and not all the questions invites to giving the 'correct answer'. Especially not the : 5: Have you already requested a License Transfer , where most people will say NO ! where as you can not proceed without the yes. I will ask for that to be changed (but I am just another user here and not in actual charge of anything)
