Native access, Maschine and Kontakt problems (A right mess please help)
HI I have loaded Maschine and firstly it no longer was able to load vintage organs or skarbee mk1 (Which I have in Komplete select 11)
I have gone into native access and some of my instruments are now showing demo.
I have attempted to reinstall vintage organs and it is saying it says I need Kontakt 5 or more (but I have Kontakt player)
I then go to install anyway and it is saying the path is incorrect (see pic) even though the path is correct and set to downloads (see pic).
In other point I cannot see Maschine or Komplete select in my native access although I have them.
Please help im im trying to finish my album, I have a deadline and am in trouble here.
PS I have gone into privacy and security to allow the Daemon and Native access into my disk

I have gone into privacy and security to allow the Daemon and Native access into my disk
It is important to give full disk access to ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
Also disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
First try Restore defaults in file management then exit , and reboot and check if that helped !
Another thing to try is the trouble shooter here : My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access , especially '2. Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activation tokens' and '3. You have corrupted XML files' (delete both NA XML and offending Kontakt product XML)
Else then recently then apparently uninstalling Native Access and NTKDaemon and then installing an old version and uninstalling the old version again and then finally install then new version has been a fix for some users (I am just reporting here). If you want to try that then the old versions can be found here : Native Access Legacy Installers for Older Operating Systems and latest version of Native Access for your OS is here (unless you are using a legacy OS , Mac 10.15 and earlier / Win 7 downloads) , or alternatively the NATIVE ACCESS 3.8.0
Quote Eldon Tyrell : I had the same problem a couple of days ago. Uninstalling Native Access 3 and installing Access 2 did the trick for me. After installing the libraries I uninstalled 2 and reinstalled 3 and everything has been working fine.
Quote Arthur Dent 24 : Uninstalling the actual Native Access and downloading and installing Native Access 1.14, then uninstalling NA 1.14 and downloading and installing the actual Native Access worked for me.
Other than that then you did not give any computer information ? or OS version information ? or Native Access version information ?
Otherwise then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support
At the page N.I. Native Access and Installation Support be sure to scroll down to page bottom to see if there is a log-in request , if there is then log-in , at next page again scroll down and small blue chat box ought occur within 15 seconds. Then write in chat box and when getting suggestions then select did not help when it didn't , that ought to bring you on to either chat with human or open a ticket.
There has been introduced chat support for Native Access assistance (at least daytime on normal work days) :
