Can you get a license back on a second-hand purchase?

I want to get a license on a machine that I bought second-hand: Maschine MK3 with its serial hardware number which is located under the machine can you help me when I validate this already existential number, the native platform attests to me an already existing license and it is for this reason that I would like to get it back since it is a second-hand purchase. The only way to "get" the license (formally) is to have the existing user transfer it from his/her NI acct to yours.

I do not believe there is any concept of NI being able to grab an existing license from someone's acct and send it to yours. Or issue a new license for this used hardware.

To try to have the hardware serial registered to you account then you will have to contact N.I. Account Support and explain the situation to them an send them a picture of your purchase receipt and a picture of the serial on the bottom of the device. And if your are able to register the hardware then that ought to give you the base software that came with the hardware (support article explaining)
