Good morning, I bought a Mac M2 and I'm trying to install my Komplete 11 that I've been using for the last few years on my Intel iMac. I'm now using Sonoma, given full access to the disk as directed in your instructions, but I can't install anything. I followed all the advice specified on the site, but the installation crashes regularly. I deleted and reinstalled Access several times; I see the software to install, I start the installation but after a while it tells me that everything has failed. How can I do it?

    I'm now using Sonoma

If you look at the page Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on macOS and then section where it says macOS 14 (Sonoma) then you will indirectly discover that no 'old' versions of any N.I. software is supported. Then while I don't know exactly which software from Komplete 11 is still the same version today (as in just needs download of latest update) if any then a lot will not be supported at all. So personally I think the project a bit futile other than for getting use of e.g. Absynth 5 if that will run.

It will be a much better solution to update or upgrade to something Komplete 14 at next sale.

I deleted and reinstalled Access several times; I see the software to install, I start the installation but after a while it tells me that everything has failed.

You will have to be far more specific . Are the above referring only to Native Access or also referring to when using N.A. to installing apps ? Please be specific. Also include version numbers of all software used or intended installed . Also give exact error messages rather than vague 'it failed' and when applicable then include a screenshot of error or problem !

Many products contained within K11 - are not supported under Sonoma - and many with never be.

The latest Native Access certainly was not available when K11 launched but it is supported under Sonoma - as long as Somoma is at 14.4.1 - anything earlier than than was causing many issues for amy users.

You would also need to detail exactly what products (from K11) you are attempting to install - as many of them are not supported.
