Kontakt 7 only running in demo mode even though it is installed/active in NA

Hi,

Seeing if anyone has any ideas why Kontakt 7 would tell me I need to activate it even though I own it and have used it in the past. I updated to the latest version with Native Access and it still keeps running in demo mode. Not sure why it suddenly thinks I don't own it. Native Access shows that it is installed and active. Anyone have any ideas how to troubleshoot or resolve the issue? Thanks for any help.

Edit: So I installed the latest version of Native Access and now Kontakt 7 doesn't show in my list of products, so apparently it thinks I don't own it (even though I have used K7 for over a year and the serial number is in my NI account on their site). The new Native Access seems to be a buggy pile of poop.
