NI Play Series Discount 3 for 59

I want to purchase 3 play series libraries for 59 but i don't see the discount

when i put all 3 in the shopping cart i see the full price

There has been introduced chat support for purchases assistance (at least daytime on normal work days) :

After receiving email confirmation then please allow support up to a week to answer and if they do not respond within a week then politely update your ticket to let support know that you are still waiting for a response ! Also N.I. support do not work in the weekend !

yes, all the 3 libraries i choose are qualifying for the discount but i don't see the discount

i did log off and than i gave it a try.. then it works, but when i log in with my account the discount doesn't work

i made contact with the native support

no bro, never purchased Rudimendts, Karriem Riggin Drums and Sway.

i hope NI wil response this week
