Hi, can anyone confirm that I have to pay to upgrade to K7 as a Crossgrade owner? (says £44.50?!)

If you have qualifying product that entitles you to an upgrade and if the upgrade is not available to purchase for you via shop then contact either N.I. Account Support or N.I. Purchase Support
Be sure to scroll down to page bottom to see if there is a log-in request , if there is then log-in , at next page again scroll down and small blue chat box ought occur within 15 seconds. Then write in chat box and when getting suggestions then select did not help when it didn't , that ought to bring you on to either chat with human or open a ticket !

Don't upgrade to Kontakt 7, it's the worst Kontakt version ever. I have it, but I always use Kontakt 6 because 7 is a shame.
You need Kontakt 7 to open some libraries, especially the ones NI upgraded to Kontakt 7 and you can't open them in version 6 any more…
