How does a person reach support these days ?

This company has gotten as bad as it could possibly be. They're so busy with their mergers and other nonsense that this is hopeless. I cannot get this NA to even work. Ive uninstalled the NTK daeman several times, the NA . I;ve used the uninstall tool. Reinstalled both as both administrator and non administrator. I can't even get it to load my millions of programs . I'f frozen out here. There isn't even a support option I can find anymore. Is this how we are treated after spending thorsanss of dollars o their prodicys. I am besides my self. I have spetn hopurs and days on this . I just don't know what to do anymore. Can anyone recommend a link to actually submit a request for help.
